Lease Agreements 2024-2025
Spruce-Graduate Housing rooms require a lease agreement for the Fall-Spring academic term.
Lease agreements for 2024-2025 begin June 1, 2024 and end June 30, 2025.
Eligible residents will be given the opportunity to renew their lease agreements each spring.
Residents that cancel their lease agreement before the end of the lease will be charged an early termination fee equal to one month of rent. No early termination fees will be assessed for move outs in May 2025 or June 2025 if resident has given proper 30 days notice. Rent for May 2025 or June 2025 will not be prorated, rent will be charged for the entire month, regardless of move out date.
Residents must maintain their eligiblity as outlined in the Eligibility Policy for the duration of the lease agreement. Lease agreements will be terminated with 30 days notice for any resident failing to meet the eliglibity requirements and a fee equal to one month of rent charged to their account for early termination of their lease agreement.

Spruce- single graduate housing rooms require a lease agreement for the academic year.
Lease agreements for 2025-2026 begin August 1, 2025 and end June 30, 2026.
Each spring eligible residents will be given the opportunity to renew their lease agreements through the summer and next academic year.
Rent will be charged for the full month when moving in, regardless of move in date.
Residents that graduate before the end of the lease must notify the Main Office by following the Termination of Lease Agreement policy. and submit the Intent to Vacate form.
Residents that do not renew their lease must move out by June 30. Residents moving out in May or June must submit a Graduate Housing Intent to Vacate form to the Main Office at least 30 days before they move out. Rent will be charged through the end of the move out month regardless of move out date.
Residents must maintain their eligiblity as outlined in the Eligibility Policy for the duration of the lease agreement.
