Lease Agreements

Spruce-Graduate Housing rooms require a lease agreement for the Fall-Spring academic term. 

Lease agreements for 2024-2025 begin June 1, 2024 and end June 30, 2025.  

Eligible residents will be given the opportunity to renew their lease agreements each spring.

Residents that cancel their lease agreement before the end of the lease will be charged an early termination fee per the Cancellation of  Rental Agreement policy.  No early termination fees will be assessed for move outs in May 2025 or June 2025 if resident has given proper 30 days notice.

Residents must maintain their eligiblity as outlined in the Eligibility Policy for the duration of the lease agreement.  Lease agreements will be terminated with 30 days notice for any resident failing to meet the eliglibity requirements and a fee equal to one month of rent charged to their account for early termination of their lease agreement.
