Sunnyside Apartments provides housing for student families and single graduate students. Housing for post docs, medical residents and other full time University employees provided based on waitlist priority.
Please select the type of housing you are looking for below:
Family Student & Employee Housing
Apply for Family & Employee Apartments if:
- You are a student at the University of Utah and you are married or in a domestic partnership or a single parent with at least 50% legal custody of your dependent child(ren)
OR
You are a full time benefited employee at the University of Utah and you are single (Cottonwood housing only) or married or in a domestic partnership or a single parent with at least 50% legal custody of your dependent child(ren). - You meet the Eligibility Requirements
Single Graduate Housing
Apply for a Single Graduate Room if:
- You are single and a graduate student at the University of Utah.
- You meet the student Eligibility Requirements.
