Single Graduate & Upper Division Housing - Spruce
2026-2027 academic year application will open March 2026.
These apartments are newly constructed, modern, furnished, clean housing within close proximity to the University of Utah’s academic center and accessible via a free Campus Shuttle. Graduate Students who are not married/partnered are eligible to live in single graduate housing and may be paired with a roommate/s depending on the number of bedrooms in your selected apartment.
Housing is leased by academic term renewable yearly. Cancellation of the lease agreement before the end of the term is determined by the Termination of Lease Agreement policy.
Please review the Eligibility Policy, Roommate Policy, Apartment Availability, and Lease Agreement as part of the application. The Graduate Housing Resident Handbook policies are also part of the Lease Agreement.
Rent will be charged for the full month when moving in, regardless of move in date.
All buildings are non smoking.
