Monthly Rental Rates
Please note that all rates are subject to change according to the Sunnyside Apartments Rental Agreement. Rental rates are established July 1st for each fiscal year.
Rental Rates Effective July 1, 2024
Monthly rental rates include all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal, internet and cable television service) and laundry services.
