Monthly Rental Rates
Please note that all rates are subject to change according to the Sunnyside Apartments Rental or Lease Agreement.
Monthly rental rates include all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal, internet and cable television service) and laundry services.
Save on utilities and other fees by living at Sunnyside Apartments.
Rental rates for Cottonwood and Cedar housing Family units are established July 1st through June 30th for each fiscal year.
Rental rates for Spruce Graduate housing are established by lease term.
