Single Graduate Student Housing

Phase II Graduate Student Housing at Sunnyside Apartments is complete! 

The new single graduate student building features studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom options.  Each 2- bedroom unit offers a private bedroom and bathroom along with a shared living room and kitchen. The 3- bedroom units offer the choice of either private or shared bathrooms with shared living room and kitchen.

Graduate apartments are lightly furnished and will include XL twin bed, mattress, desk and chair, and depending on floor plan, entertainment unit, chest of drawers, nightstand, kitchen table, and chairs.

Rental rates are per person or “by-the-bed.” Utilities, high speed internet, cable television, laundry, study rooms, and reservable community space are included in your monthly rent.

Family and Employee Housing

If you are a married/partnered student or a student with children, or a full time University of Utah employee,  you are eligible for our new family-style Cottonwood buildings buildings.  There are studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom units to choose from.
