Garden Plots
Sunnyside Apartments offers 200 garden plots and community herb gardens to residents each spring. Monthly social and educational programs give residents opportunities to learn and engage with their community.
Each year residents are invited to apply for an individual garden plot in the East or West Village. Applications open in March and plots are assigned by the end of April. There are Community Herb Gardens in each village that all residents are welcome to enjoy and snip a few fresh herbs.
Applications for the Westand East garden plots open on March 18th at 8:00 am. Filling out an application does not guarantee a plot.
