For life threatening emergencies immediately call: 911 or University Police at 801.585.2677

If your emergency is not life threatening please follow the steps below. Maintenance emergencies may include power outages, gas odors, broken pipes, lack of heat, roof leaks and other conditions that may endanger health or cause property damage. Sunnyside Apartments are electrically supplied by the University’s distribution network, not by Rocky Mountain Power. In the event of a power outage, residents should contact Sunnyside Apartments for updates.

During business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon-Fri, University Holidays & Closure Days excluded:

Call 801.581.8668 (Maintenance Dispatch)

After business hours:

Call the On-Call Representative at 801.560.1434. Try several times within the next 10 minutes, do not leave a voicemail or text message.
If you have not spoken to the On-Call Representative within 10 minutes call the On-Call pager at 801.339.0304. Listen for three tones, then enter your telephone number and the # symbol.
If you are unable to contact the On-Call Representative, call your Resident Assistant or call University Police at 801.585.2677.
