Three fully renovated single-family homes located in the historic Fort Douglas district on the University of Utah campus are available for rent via Sunnyside Apartments. Originally part of the former Fort Douglas military post, these residences combine historic character, spacious floor places, and convenient location near campus, Research Park, and downtown Salt Lake City. Eligible residents include full-time University faculty, staff, and post-doctoral students.
We currently have three single-family homes available for rent on Connor Road:
