Monthly Rental Rates
Monthly rental rates include all utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, trash removal and cable television). University Student Apartments also provides both basic telephone and Internet service for $36.00 a month. All residents are required to pay this fee and it is included in the rates below.
Please note that all rates are subject to change according to the University Student Apartments Rental Agreement. If utility consumption and/or utility rates increase, rental rates may have to be increased to cover these additional costs. Rental rates are established for each fiscal year, July 1st through June 30th.
