Medical Plaza
The Medical Plaza Towers and the five adjoining townhouses are adjacent to the University Medical Center. They were constructed in 1971. There are 73 apartments in each high-rise building consisting of 23 one-bedroom, 46 two-bedroom and 4 three bedroom apartments. The 5 townhouses have three bedrooms. Students who are married, in a domestic partnership or are single parents are eligible to live in Medical Plaza one, two and three bedroom apartments. Single students are eligible to live in one and two bedroom apartments. Roommates must be the same gender and must be individually eligible as students. Click here for the Roommate Policy. All apartment units are unfurnished except for the following:
Small storage cabinet in building basement. Apartments are electrically heated and have central air conditioning. Windows do not open in the towers. Smoking is not allowed inside these apartments. There are no washer and dryer hookups in the towers, but there is a laundry room on the 14th floor of each tower. Townhouses are in separate buildings from the towers and have both washer and dryer hookups. Availability is extremely limited for townhouses.
