The Medical Plaza Towers and the five adjoining townhouses are adjacent to the University Medical Center. They were constructed in 1971. There are 73 apartments in each high-rise building consisting of 23 one-bedroom, 46 two-bedroom and 4 three bedroom apartments. The 5 townhouses have three bedrooms.

Students who are married, in a domestic partnership or are single parents are eligible to live in Medical Plaza one, two and three bedroom apartments. Single students are eligible to live in one and two bedroom apartments.
